Volume 1956

The "monthly reports about the development in Poland" were published by the Ostbüro of the Social Democratic Party of Germany (SPD). The information was based on evaluation of Polish daily press together with communiques and non-secret documents. They were to inform about the situation in Poland.
The monthly reports are not available completely in any German library. Through the web presence, a central gap is closed and the knowledge about the perception of change in Polish society is considerably extended. The full texts of the monthly reports are available in pdf format.
