After the fall of communist regimes in Central Eastern and Eastern Europe, these publications inform about archives and libraries, research institutions, museums, memorials and other institutions that deal with post-war history of these countries or collect documents and publications about it. Editor is „Stiftung zur Aufarbeitung der SED-Diktatur“ (eng. Foundation for the Reappraisal of SED-Dictatorship), Berlin. This publication series' goal is to intensify the research on the history of communist regimes in Europe in the 20th century – in the affected countries themselves as well as from a transnational perspective.
All publications were developed in cooperation with partners from the relevant countries and can be aquired - in Germany – at the „Stiftung zur Aufarbeitung der SED-Diktatur“ for € 6 or downloaded here.
