Pay-per-Use

Several online databases relevant to Eastern Europe permit use via the Bavarian State Library's Pay-per-Use system. To gain access to the Pay-per-Use platform, you must first register with user administration. Following this, you will receive an email with information as to the next steps. Once you have successfully completed registration, you will be able to access the platform.

As a rule, a fixed length of time for research will be available to you. In return for access rights, you will be required to pay a fixed fee (price list and terms of use). At the beginning of each month, all visits to Pay-per-Use databases in the previous month are assessed and users receive an invoice detailing the fees owed.
